Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the People Systems team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of HR programs such as open enrollment and promotions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive process improvement
- Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to align goals and negotiate timelines
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in IT Program/Project Management, preferably in HR or People Systems
- Strong understanding of Workday (certification preferred, not required)
- Experience with Jira, GitHub project boards, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Agile approaches and PMO environments
- Able to handle complexity and bring teams together
