Program Actuary
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Actuary to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Perform reserve evaluations on existing books of business
- Monitor profitability and industry reserve trends
- Evaluate statutory changes and perform exposure analyses
- Provide actuarial support for litigation or collateral review processes
- Interact with senior management and other departments to ensure accurate reserving models
- Perform actuarial due diligence on potential new books of program business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society
- Knowledge of reserving models and software
- Previous programs experience, preferably in general liability and/or professional liability
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, R, and SQL
