Program Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the program point for existing projects and deliverables impacting the ACA business segment
- Collect, review, and disseminate state and federal communications to appropriate business units
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and submission of all ACA/QHP regulatory reports and deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant health plan experience
- 4+ years' experience in health plan, health insurance, and compliance
- 2+ years' experience with data requests and analysis from regulatory and internal resources
- 2+ years' experience with program management leadership in a matrixed organization
- Knowledgeable and adaptable to ACA/QHP Exchange Programs/Products and Health Care Reform developments and changes
