Program Impact Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Impact Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and develop efficient scheduling and recruiting processes for sign language interpreters and other accessibility services
- Assign service requests and recruit and onboard contractors and interns
- Provide support and training on Deaf culture and communication access
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service and scheduling experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field
- Completion of an Interpreter Training Program (ITP) or experience in accessibility services or interpreting agencies
- Knowledge of ADA compliance laws and accessibility technology
- Ability to work flexible hours and communicate effectively using American Sign Language
