Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager responsible for managing assigned technical projects and mentoring junior project management staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery
- Manage project initiation activities and ensure service delivery success and customer satisfaction
- Oversee project team activities, manage risks, and conduct project closure activities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Program Management experience preferred
- Strong ability to manage medium to high risk and complexity projects independently
- Knowledge of project management standards and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience with data center infrastructure, hardware, and/or software
- Advanced skills in project management software and budget management
