Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead a federal software development initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a geographically distributed Agile delivery team for complex digital capabilities
- Oversee contract execution, team performance, and stakeholder engagement
- Manage cost, schedule, and performance metrics on federal contracts
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and a DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 15 years managing large-scale IT programs
- Minimum of 10 years leading Agile software development projects with distributed teams
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and software lifecycle delivery
