Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational lead across assigned retainer accounts and occasional projects
- Own the roadmap: translate strategy into prioritized initiatives with scope, tasks, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate weekly/biweekly client check-ins and ensure alignment across all deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in a Program Management, Project Management, or Digital Operations role
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-channel programs or retainers, ideally in eCommerce, agency, or SaaS
- Familiar with agile delivery methods and client-facing documentation
- Understanding of Shopify theme structure and app ecosystem
- Exposure to retention platforms and CRO tooling
