Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager II to lead and execute change initiatives remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and develop recommendations regarding change readiness for project teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement change management strategies
- Define and monitor success metrics for change initiatives and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- 3-5 years of experience leading change and communication initiatives
- Experience with Prosci ADKAR Model or similar frameworks
- Experience managing multiple enterprise-scale change initiatives
- Experience working with senior levels across the organization
