Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination, execution, and optimization of strategic programs and implementations for healthcare clients
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client-facing initiatives and maintain project plans
- Facilitate regular updates and status reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare projects
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or care coordination is a plus
- PMP Certification or other project management certifications is preferred
