Job Summary
A company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to assist in the planning and development of bids, proposals, and/or proposal response documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule proposal team meetings
- Create and manage proposal documents, templates, and required forms
- Provide quality review of proposal artifacts and manage proposal graphics
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Business Management, or related field
- At least 3 years of relatable experience in proposal coordination
- Proven track record of attention to detail and focus on quality
- Advanced proficiency in standard software applications
- Experience in Government or Commercial environment preferred
