Job Summary
A company is looking for a Proposal Quality Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the review, compliance management, and quality check of bids, proposals, and/or proposal response documents
- Review solicitation documents and deliverables, support compliance review and management, and perform overall quality checks on all deliverables
- Perform quality checks of all proposal deliverables including compliance with solicitation requirements, adherence to corporate branding guidelines, consistency within and between proposal volumes, grammar and spelling, etc
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Business or similar
- Minimum 3 years of quality management experience specifically related to document design and development
- Proven track record of strong attention to detail and catching document errors
- Advanced proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
