Senior Proposal Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Proposal Analyst to support client acquisition and partnership opportunities through strategic proposal content development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage proposal content aligned with organizational and client strategic initiatives
- Train and mentor Proposal Analysts in the RFP process and business acumen
- Draft persuasive responses to RFPs and other sales-related documents while coordinating project activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years' experience in a healthcare setting managing the RFP process
- Experience writing creative and persuasive proposals for at least three years
- Experience developing complex business strategies with a consultative-sales approach for at least three years
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products for a minimum of five years
