Provider Relationship Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Relationship Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and investigate data to determine call drivers and develop action plans
• Assist in driving process improvement to reduce provider contact rates
• Coordinate project and process implementation efforts and impact planning

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service experience handling escalated calls and managing through to resolution
• 1+ years of knowledge of line of business systems and Provider Service Operations processes
• 1+ years of experience and/or understanding of physician, ancillary and facility claims
• 1+ years of experience with data driven reporting and actionable remediation plans
• 1+ years of experience with educating providers on reimbursement policies and related claim issues
