Quality Assurance Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement testing plans for changes and enhancements to product features and functionality
- Conduct regression testing and evaluate software for release readiness
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Support to investigate complex issues and track progress on product issue resolutions
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of professional software quality assurance experience or equivalent experience in a product expert role
- An understanding of Welligent, Billing, and Clinical EHR fundamentals
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and software development life cycle
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Salesforce
- QA Automation experience preferred
