Job Summary
A company is looking for a Radiology Coding Associate II.
Key Responsibilities
- Assigns and validates codes for diagnoses, treatments, and procedures according to classification systems
- Reviews and queries physician assigned diagnosis codes for clarity and accuracy
- Ensures compliance with coding standards and meets established productivity and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CCS-P or CPC Certification
- Five (5) years of coding experience
- Experience in Radiology coding
- Extensive knowledge of coding conventions and payer guidelines
