Job Summary
A company is looking for an RCM Workflow Specialist responsible for overseeing Robotic Process Automations (RPAs) that support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily output reports and address performance issues
- Identify opportunities for new bots and manage inbound bot requests
- Develop an understanding of RCM workflows and improve efficiency of bots
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Medical claims billing experience required
- 1+ years of RCM training and workflow experience required

- Experience developing and/or managing RPA preferred
