Job Summary
An online training and education provider is filling a position for a Remote Agency Project and Process Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting phone calls with struggling students to help them get back on track
- Working closely with our instructors, tutors, app builders, account managers, and customer support agency
- Being responsible for hosting improvement meetings with our team members
