Job Summary
A privately-held financial-services company has an open position for a Remote APD Licensing and Contract Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing and maintaining reinsurance agreements and custodial agreements for reinsurance companies
- Completing annual state registrations and renewals for various Protective entities
- Preparing and maintaining assumption agreements and pledge collateral agreements for our Dealer Owned Warranty companies
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum three years' experience of preparing, reviewing and approving documents, policies, or contracts
- Strong interpersonal communication skills required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required
- Strong organizational skills required
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills
