Remote APD Licensing and Contract Analyst

Job Summary

A privately-held financial-services company has an open position for a Remote APD Licensing and Contract Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing and maintaining reinsurance agreements and custodial agreements for reinsurance companies
• Completing annual state registrations and renewals for various Protective entities
• Preparing and maintaining assumption agreements and pledge collateral agreements for our Dealer Owned Warranty companies

Qualifications for this position include:

• Minimum three years' experience of preparing, reviewing and approving documents, policies, or contracts
• Strong interpersonal communication skills required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required
• Strong organizational skills required
• Strong documentation and follow-up skills
