Job Summary
A company specialized in testing, inspection and certification needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Asset Management Project Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting managers with administrative support of multiple projects from initiation to close-out
- Maintaining administrative data for various projects in Vision, ProTrack, P-Drive, BaseCamp, and SharePoint
- Receiving and dispersing Client Supplied Material
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of logistics, scheduling, and coordination experience
- Proven organizational and risk management experience
- Very proficient computer skills
- Moderate to high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
