Remote Assistant Controller

Job Summary

A highly entrepreneurial business management, personal development and coaching company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Assistant Controller.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing individual coaching to your assigned client load of up to 60 attorneys who each receive a financial analysis call every month
• Leading weekly and monthly calls helping your clients gain the financial acumen
• Hosting other group calls where you will extemporaneously answer clients’ questions

Qualifications for this position include:

• Experience in accounting or finance functions in an entrepreneurial or start-up, small business setting
• Progressive financial and managerial accounting roles up to at least the title of Controller in a for-profit entity
• Able to demonstrate credible evidence that you are a person who is capable of helping another human being
• Experience systematizing a business in terms of Metrics and Money
• Experience with managing budgets ranging from $5-10 Million dollars
