CPA Assistant Controller
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Corporate Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily accounting operations and ensures accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Leads the monthly close process and reviews financial statements for accuracy and compliance
- Develops and maintains financial structures, systems, and controls to enhance the company's financial condition
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in Public Accounting (Big 4 preferred)
- Active CPA certification required
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required
- Net Suite experience preferred
- Strong desire to research and implement improvements in accounting activities
