Remote Assistant Controller
Job Summary
A creative content and marketing company has a current position open for a Remote Assistant Controller.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and overseeing accounting function for a global PR services company
- Overseeing the Accounts Payable (AP) and Receivable (AR) departments
- Managing and allocating daily incoming cash
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7+ years of accounting experience
- advanced knowledge of finance/accounting which includes understanding financial statements
- Experience with A/P, A/R and month end close
- Proficient in Excel, Google Spreadsheets and know how to work with accounting systems
