Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Assistant Controller.
Must be able to:
- Oversee multiple financial functions
- Assist the Controller in managing day-to-day accounting operations
- Drive the financial close process
Position Requirements Include:
- BA in Accounting
- 10+ years of experience with a combination of public accounting and private industry experience
- CPA designation
- Proven ability to hire, manage, and mentor high-performing teams
- Experience and comfort in building systems and controls from the ground-up
- Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP including software revenue recognition
