Job Summary
A professional services provider is in need of a Remote Associate Implementation Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Implementing new features, functions, and enhancements for customer-specific solutions
- Work closely with implementation teams to support application data updates and configuration needs
- Managing, monitoring, and providing metrics on data refreshes and software updates across various customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience working with data
- High attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, comfort with ambiguity, and a problem-solving orientation
- Experience with CRM tools
- Willingness to learn and a passion for driving successful software implementations
- Marketing domain experience, either working in marketing, or working directly with marketers
