Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Member Service Agent Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to educate members about healthcare benefits and cost-saving opportunities for imaging services
- Proactively schedule appointments for imaging services and ensure members utilize their benefits
- Provide accurate communication to answer member questions, resolve concerns, and document interactions using call center software
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of customer service experience
- At least 4 years of work-from-home call center experience
- Proficient with computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual - Spanish speaking is a plus
