Job Summary
An auto parts store has an open position for a Remote Cash Application Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring, managing and maintaining the proper application of customer payments
- Managing a team of Cash Application Specialists
- Hiring, training, coaching, providing performance reviews and conducting disciplinary action as warranted
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years relevant, applicable and transferable experience in a corporate and/or Shared Services environment
- Able to read and interpret complex contractual agreements
- Strong working knowledge of transactional processes and systems
- Significant attention to detail
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
