Job Summary
A behavioral healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Client Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Serve as a client contact for matters specific to assigned client and associated projects
- Forecast, track and report key account performance and metrics using company client account management tools
- Build and deliver the required materials to support client communications and operational or outcomes reports
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor degree in a business or health related field
- Three years’ experience with client or relevant healthcare account work
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate account activities effectively
- Must be able to work independently and across client and company departments
- Demonstrated attention to detail and follow-through skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
