Job Summary

A health and wellness company is filling a position for a Remote Clinical Development Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Answering inbound calls from members and addressing any questions they have
• Rescheduling and scheduling appointments for members when requested on the call
• Accepting calls from Registered Dietitians at the end of their appointments

Position Requirements Include:

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a remote support role
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities
