Job Summary
An IT Services and Staff Augmentation company is in need of a Remote Configuration Management Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Process and track change requests submitted by customers within established service-level agreements
- Complete daily taskings and support the daily operation of Change Control Board
- Work with customers, subject matter experts and systems engineers to complete requirements gathering for change requests
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience with IT Operations processes
- 7+ years of experience with configuration management processes
- 3+ Years leading/mentoring others in Configuration Management activities
- Experience in the automation deployment of software pipelines for development, test, and production in a cloud environment
- Experience with DevOps tools and Container Technologies
- Experience with performing operational and day-to-day administrative support functions
