Remote Configuration Management Specialist

Job Summary

An IT Services and Staff Augmentation company is in need of a Remote Configuration Management Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Process and track change requests submitted by customers within established service-level agreements
• Complete daily taskings and support the daily operation of Change Control Board
• Work with customers, subject matter experts and systems engineers to complete requirements gathering for change requests

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 10+ years of experience with IT Operations processes
• 7+ years of experience with configuration management processes
• 3+ Years leading/mentoring others in Configuration Management activities
• Experience in the automation deployment of software pipelines for development, test, and production in a cloud environment
• Experience with DevOps tools and Container Technologies
• Experience with performing operational and day-to-day administrative support functions
