Job Summary
A cybersecurity software development firm is filling a position for a Remote Cybersecurity Billing Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Investigating and resolving billing queries
- Creating and updating customer records
- Managing all AR month-end close activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite
- Advanced Excel skills (v-Lookup, pivot tables, etc.)
- Highly detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Ability to operate independently and as part of a larger functional team
- Ability to work across various cross-functional teams
- Ability to identify ways to drive efficiency
