Remote Digital Product Operations Director
Job Summary
A financial technology has a current position open for a Remote Digital Product Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating clarity, transparency, and alignment on what the Digital team is delivering
- Leading digital ops team to shepherd solutions, shared capabilities, and product platform initiatives
- Owning and implementing cross-functional, portfolio-level digital governance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree is a plus
- 10+ years of Product / Digital Operations and/or Product Management experience
- Proven ability to be a strategic partner across digital, engineering teams, and commercial teams
- Proven people leader with ability to upskill and grow direct team
- Experience with hypotheses, experimenting, and following a “build, test, iterate” approach
- Strong problem-solving and analytical orientation with the ability to effectively track issues
