Job Summary
An electrical manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion and Employee Engagement Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing, managing, and supporting DEI programs
- Developing and maintaining a DEI performance dashboard
- Coordinating and synthesizing policy and programmatic recommendations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in HR, Communications, Psychology, or related field
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to measure progress, inform, influence
- Work experience in DEI and/or Talent Management desirable
- Highly proficient in Excel, PPT
