Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Program Support Manager
Job Summary
An engineering and industrial manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Program Support Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive the synergistic efforts of the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Business-specific Diversity Councils
- Provide Head of DEI and other senior leaders with data insight and analysis
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of the issues surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion, implicit bias and institutional racism
- 3+ years of relevant DEI experience
- BS/BA dregree required, will consider AA degree with additional experience
