A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing technical leadership at every stage
- Developing and retaining key personnel within the engineering organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4 years of experience in software engineering
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, engineering (computer, mechatronics, etc.) or a related field
- 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- 2.5 years of experience building high availability, scalable systems
