Remote Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Director
Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and overseeing the preparation of all SEC filings
- Being responsible for all sections of SEC filings including footnote disclosures and MD&A
- Being responsible for reviewing complex revenue contracts with customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years managing FTE Direct Reports
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Master's Degree in Accounting or MBA is helpful)
- CPA certification is required
- 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience
- 5+ years of SEC reporting experience
- Experience in software and / or SaaS companies
