Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Service Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Serve as the day-to-day leader and knowledge resource for associates on the Transaction Processing team
  • Provide specific direction and implementation for various transaction related training
  • Work with the area director and vice president to analyze statistics and trends for transaction costs, activity, and more

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of work-related experience OR
  • Master’s degree and 4 years of work-related experience, or 8 years equivalent work-related experience
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience within Defined Contribution recordkeeping and administration operational groups
  • Experience managing professional individual contributors and/or leading supervisors of a support team
  • Ability to adapt plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges within a functional area
  • Can assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
