Job Summary
A multinational internet retailer is filling a position for a Remote Global Risk Management and Claims Senior Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing new KPIs that are suited for the specific programs you are overseein
- Launching new programs, products, and processes in partnership with other GRMC team
- Serving as an advisor and subject matter expert while surfacing risk insights and best practices
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- 5+ years of regulatory and risk management experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- Experience with project tracking tools, data, and metrics
