Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote High Touch Engineer II.
Must be able to:
- Lead the technical deliverables of Expert Care services
- Provide reactive support and build a relationship with the customer’s operational team(s)
- Deliver detailed Root Cause Analysis and Software Referral to customers
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Able to understand more than just the basics of Route/Switch, but also with Data Center Compute technology
- 3+ yrs direct customer support experience in Security, Data Center, LAN Switching and Routing technologies
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proven crisis management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
