Job Summary

- Manage and fulfill requests from VIP clients, ensuring personalized service
- Maintain knowledge of services and develop relationships with premium vendors
- Resolve client concerns professionally and contribute to service improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in high-touch customer service, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Proven experience managing high-profile or VIP clients
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
