Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concierge/High-Touch Customer Service Agent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve client concerns professionally and contribute to service improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in high-touch customer service, preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Proven experience managing high-profile or VIP clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
