Job Summary
A home health benefits management service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Home Health Solutions Instructional Design Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building and directing the strategy for development/ design of current and new platforms
- Leading the instructional design function and its associates
- Overseeing all initiatives, programs or processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 8 years of educational design/development
- Expert knowledge of learning design, instructional methods and training techniques
- Experience developing eLearning using an authoring tool like Articulate, or Captivate, is required
- Must have demonstrated intimate knowledge of instructional design methodologies adult learning theory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
