Job Summary

A consumer and business credit reporting and marketing service provider is seeking a Remote Implementation Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating implementation plan collateral and design document templates
  • Using internal tools to initiate the build and to troubleshoot issues/ drive resolution
  • Maintaining ongoing positive relationships with clients

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must possess a strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle
  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience
  • 4 or more years' experience in a health care setting involving customer service to obtain working knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree in health or other related field; In lieu of degree, 5 years of Patient Access technical experience
  • X12 270/271 knowledge required
