Job Summary
A consumer and business credit reporting and marketing service provider is seeking a Remote Implementation Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating implementation plan collateral and design document templates
- Using internal tools to initiate the build and to troubleshoot issues/ drive resolution
- Maintaining ongoing positive relationships with clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must possess a strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience
- 4 or more years' experience in a health care setting involving customer service to obtain working knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree in health or other related field; In lieu of degree, 5 years of Patient Access technical experience
- X12 270/271 knowledge required
