Job Summary
A banking company has a current position open for a Remote Information Technology Strategy and Innovation Manager.
Must be able to:
- Capitalize on strategic opportunities that leverage existing and new programs, projects, and initiatives
- Manage and lead a group of analysts performing research on industry trends
- Contribute to the design and establishment of a transparent innovation process within the Bank
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Eight years of banking, management consulting, technology, or related experience
- 2 years in a supervisory/management capacity
- Ability to develop strategic plans wile considering multiple internal/external variables
- Ability to partner within and across departments to achieve transformational goals
- Strong change manager with the ability to influence associates at all levels
