Job Summary

A cloud software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Information Technology Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting Apple macOS laptops and PC laptops
  • Maintaining inventory of all hardware and software resources and parts
  • Providing Tier 1 and 2 Helpdesk Ticket support, and troubleshooting Network

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1+ years setup, configuration and troubleshooting of macOS and iOS devices in a networked environment
  • Experience supporting mobile devices and remote users
  • Experience with Google Apps Suite and offcie 365
  • Strong skills in debugging issues (wifi, hardware, software)
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical people
  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner
