Job Summary
A cloud software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Information Technology Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting Apple macOS laptops and PC laptops
- Maintaining inventory of all hardware and software resources and parts
- Providing Tier 1 and 2 Helpdesk Ticket support, and troubleshooting Network
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ years setup, configuration and troubleshooting of macOS and iOS devices in a networked environment
- Experience supporting mobile devices and remote users
- Experience with Google Apps Suite and offcie 365
- Strong skills in debugging issues (wifi, hardware, software)
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical people
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner
