Remote IT Operational Analyst I
Job Summary
A mortgage servicing solutions company is in need of a Remote IT Operational Analyst I.
Must be able to:
- Build reports and analyses using SQL, Excel and closing the loop with summary and recommendations
- Develop and manage production of business unit specific KPIs
- Research and report on ad-hoc business operations and/or client questions
Required Skills:
- Strong SQL skills
- Expert Excel skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Detail oriented
- Bachelor's; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years experience in an analytical or technical consulting role
