A pharmacy and drugstore chain companu is in need of a Remote Knowledge Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating and designing knowledge libraries
  • Overseeing all knowledge management systems
  • Deploying training, communications, and awareness programs related to knowledge management

Qualifications Include:

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • 3 years of experience in experience in Customer Service, call center, retail required
  • Able to analyze feedback, identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience journey, and drive actions accordingly
