A software design and development firm has a current position open for a Remote Knowledge Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing, implementing, maintaining, and communicating knowledge base frameworks
- Defining and implementing content management and authoring processes
- Leveraging analytics to evaluate business impact
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Advanced technical/customer support experience and subject matter expertise
