Remote Learner Experience Design Director

Job Summary

An education management company is filling a position for a Remote Learner Experience Design Director.

Must be able to:

• Collaborate with corporate and higher ed partners in both discovery and design phases, in a manner that suits the partnership
• Lead and coordinate with diverse teams
• Work with the staffing coordinator to Interview, hire, and coach learning architects and lead learning architects

Position Requirements Include:

• Advanced degree in Instructional Design, Leadership, Education technology, Education, or related field
• Current, in-depth knowledge and expertise in corporate training and instructional design practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across complex organizational structures
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead complex projects while adhering to budgetary constraints
• Strong analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and determine effective business and alternative solutions
• Proven track record of navigating complexity and openness to ambiguity
