Remote Learner Services Manager
Job Summary
An educational services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Learner Services Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage part of our Learner Services team (8-10 people)
- Support Success Coach onboarding and training
- Perform quality assurance reviews
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Limited travel (bi-annual retreats/annual LSLT strategy meetings)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5 years experience in coaching and developing individuals
- Familiarity with a CRM program (Salesforce preferred) and the Google Suite
- Ability to work remotely in a private and quiet working space
