Job Summary

An educational services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Learner Services Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage part of our Learner Services team (8-10 people)
  • Support Success Coach onboarding and training
  • Perform quality assurance reviews

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Limited travel (bi-annual retreats/annual LSLT strategy meetings)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5 years experience in coaching and developing individuals
  • Familiarity with a CRM program (Salesforce preferred) and the Google Suite
  • Ability to work remotely in a private and quiet working space
