Job Summary
An all-in-one team management software platform is seeking a Remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work to develop the lifecycle strategy for one or more areas of our customer lifecycle
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage different channels
- Develop hypotheses and execute tests in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in email or growth marketing, with a focus on free trial conversion, email reporting regulations and list management
- Proficiency with Marketo
- Demonstrated understanding of digital customer journeys and lifecycle marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Project management acumen, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
