Job Summary

A gaming company has an open position for a Remote Mobile Game Designer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Serving as lead game systems designer for one of our games, while mentoring junior designers in full-cycle design work
• Leading full design pitch starting with an initial spec
• Leading playtesting at scale and lead fast iteration on games in development

Position Requirements Include:

• 3+ years as a game designer for commercially successful free-to-play games
• Documented strength in designing systems that monetize at scale for free-to-play games
• Experience in creating mockups and prototypes hands-on in-engine
• Fan of professional football
• Naturally curious about our fans and which systems create greater engagement
• Interested in the math and data behind successful systems design
